Lancemore Lindenderry Red Hill

For this project, Palermo Joinery, a Melbourne company creating high-quality timber windows and doors, invited me to photograph their work at Lancemore Lindenderry Red Hill. My focus was not really the restaurant itself, but the atmosphere of the space: the way the floor-to-ceiling windows filled the interiors with natural light while still creating a feeling of warmth, privacy, and calm.

The lower half of the doors was finished with reeded glass, producing soft shadows, reflections, and blurred silhouettes throughout the day. My goal was to make the viewer feel the space rather than simply document it, to capture the quiet luxury of a place designed for slow lunches, good wine, and long afternoons in the Red Hill region.
