Welcome to VasileffStudio. By accessing our website or booking our photography and video production services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Services

VasileffStudio provides commercial photography, architectural photography, branding photography, lifestyle imagery, and video production services for businesses, creatives, architects, builders, designers, manufacturers, and personal brands across Melbourne and surrounding areas.

Bookings

  • Bookings can be made via our website, email, or phone.

  • Once a booking is confirmed, clients will receive confirmation details including production dates, estimated timing, and any preparation requirements discussed in advance.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that locations are accessible, reasonably prepared for filming or photography, and available at the agreed time.

Discovery & Pre-Production

Many of our services include discovery meetings, planning sessions, creative direction, location discussions, wardrobe guidance, or production preparation before the shoot date.

These sessions form part of the booked service and production workflow.

Payment Terms

  • Invoices are payable via bank transfer, Stripe, or other approved payment methods.

  • For most productions, a deposit may be required to secure the booking date. Remaining balances must be paid according to the invoice terms agreed upon before production begins.

  • All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • More than 48 hours’ notice: No cancellation fee applies.

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice or failure to attend the booking may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked production value.

  • Rescheduling due to weather, illness, or circumstances outside either party’s control will always be accommodated where reasonably possible.

Delivery of Images & Video

  • Photography preview galleries are typically delivered within several business days after production unless otherwise discussed.

  • Final retouched imagery and edited video timelines vary depending on the scale and complexity of the project.

  • Video productions often include one or two rounds of revisions as discussed within the selected package.

  • Final files are delivered digitally via download link, cloud storage, or approved online gallery systems.

Copyright & Usage Rights

  • VasileffStudio retains copyright ownership of all created photography and video content.

  • Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive licence to use the delivered materials for business promotion, websites, social media, printed materials, portfolios, presentations, and related marketing purposes connected to their business.

  • Clients may not resell, sublicense, transfer, or commercially license the content to third parties without written permission.

  • VasileffStudio reserves the right to use produced content for portfolio presentation, website use, social media, competitions, exhibitions, and self-promotion unless otherwise agreed in writing before production.

Editing & Retouching

Professional retouching, colour correction, and editing are included according to the selected package.

Additional retouching requests, advanced compositing, AI manipulation, object removal, extensive revisions, or additional editing outside the agreed production scope may incur additional fees.

Behind-the-Scenes Content

During productions, behind-the-scenes photo or video content may occasionally be captured for promotional and portfolio purposes related to Vasilev Studio.

Clients who prefer not to appear in behind-the-scenes material should communicate this prior to production.

Liability

While every effort is made to provide high-quality professional service, Vasilev Studio is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by weather, access issues, illness, or circumstances outside reasonable control;

  • Incomplete production caused by unavailable spaces, unfinished projects, unavailable staff, or restricted access;

  • Indirect or consequential losses related to the use of produced content.

Clients are responsible for obtaining any required permissions related to photographed people, locations, artworks, products, or intellectual property appearing during production.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy
All personal information, project information, access details, and business materials are handled respectfully and confidentially in accordance with Australian privacy regulations.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
By using our website and services, you agree that any disputes or legal matters arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
